When blocking a staff member, the user cannot interact the server where the blocked staff was here.
It's kinda a issue when moderators got blocked by normal users when it's happends. Moderators cannot do their jobs correctly and some toxic behaviours could appear without the mod notices. There this idea could help some issue cases.
What's could affect with blocking features if implemented:
- Cancel your membership without refunds with the server where the blocked staff has been here.
- You may cannot interact or view with the affected community server. (Timeout permanent feature.)
- You may cannot dm users in the same blocked server with you.
And there a window where if you block a user has a staff member.

This could force users to report to the head council staff or trust and safety team over Discord services. TOS should being respect at all in any cost. So why people blocking instead reporting? We could hopefully help a ton of users who has being targeted by toxic users if we encourage people to report instead to only blocking.
