I screw up my account

So this one, my verify account was not showing up this, when changed the email and verify account, it doesnt not show up on gmail, when second change the new email, it say "the resource is being rate limited" so please help me to fix it :((((((((

  My account asks me to verify by phone nearly every other day. running fine but I cant log in with my account do to this phone code verification mess.
