Offer a mode that limits animation without removing it entirely

The animated GIFs can be a lot of fun, but they are also HIGHLY distracting to certain (neurally diverse) people.  I would like you to offer an option that shows a static frame for the animation until I hover over it.  This would allow me to experience the animation when I want to (and not miss out) but would keep it from preventing me from suffering distracting anxiety when they're older and no loner something that needs to hold my attention.

    Oh, someone on Discord (ofc) just told me:

    Go to Settings / Accessibility, then turn off 'Automatically play GIFs when Discord is focused'...

    I think this is what I wanted, I looked in the wrong place and only found the option to not display images.

    Maybe add the word animation in there to help with searching to find it.
