Automatic input voice control

I had an idea to improve discord voice calls If you could develop auto input volume level for each individual participant in the call so their voice will always be heard on the same volume level whether their are screaming or whispering. Just like there is an option for discord to determine the output volume levels I just hope I’m writing this on the right place because I didn’t found something else to write this down.
