unfairly unsubscribed

Hello. I bought a nitro on October 29. It was supposed to end on November 29, but I was given 7 days to pay for this subscription. But a friend gave me another subscription on December 1, and when the billing period of the first subscription came, the one that a friend gave me was also removed. Help.
