prevent dinguses like me from earraping ourselves, pls have startup sound.

I sometimes set my general volume really high because some media is super quiet but that sometimes is the last thing I look at so I close my PC with the volume extremely high then I come back the next day and didn't realise the volume is still high so I watched something (overwatch 2 season 2 trailer) and it's one of those videos where it starts with a loud sound and yeah I got earraped. A lot of people like me regularly open discord first and just keep it open so if it has a startup sound then it would've made me realise that my volume is super high, would be supeeeer helpful and definitely not saying that I got earraped and it's discord's fault
