discord won't be able to open my data package from my disabled account

since i got a reply from clyde, the discord gang won't open my data package, aw shucks! now i won't be able to see my files in this data package like my friends, my servers, and many more!, ugh!, now i won't get my account age verified! ugh this stinks!, i was going to do an age verification appeal but, they closed it! and there is no going back, i putted a photo of my dad holding the piece of paper and photo id which is passport, and now they won't get his age verified and if i submit an request they will delete it within 60 days!, 60 days is ongoing right now and they won't let me get my account back this sucks!, can somebody help me please?.

        Go to your account and enter your email and password.
        If you input incorrect details and you get disabled, you will have to go through a long process with Discord's support line to tell them it was you.
        Once you log in successfully, you can now restore your account.

    but but i was contacting support and it was so stupid that i got a reply that i don't know which to clarify about a question or any policy. in my request and i think discord disabled me meaning it took up to 30 days, since i didn't even verified my age
