Notifications not showing up in Windows when full screened

I don't know if this is a Windows bug or a Discord issue, but when I'm full screened (usually while watching YouTube in Firefox), Discord notifications don't show up properly. I still get them, and they make the sound, but I don't see a pop up, so I have to tab back over to Discord and roam around to try to find where the notification came from.

I apologize if this is a duplicate ticket, I searched but couldn't find a post that reported this.

  Notification settings

      Tap the Home tab > Settings.
      Tap Notifications.
      At the top of the screen, check the box next to Notifications.
      Under Notifications, tap Display pop-ups when the screen is on or Display pop-ups when the screen is off to turn these settings ON or OFF.

  the reply above mine didnt help as I wasn't able to even find the option
