Add the ability to customize your Nitro plan, with pricing changing per feature added or removed

Right now, you get two options for Nitro: basic and regular. The jump from basic to regular is a lot, and not everyone will use all of the features of regular Nitro, though some may want a few more features than basic offers.

My request is to implement a feature where you can customize your Nitro plan, and pay more or less depending on which features you choose. Personally, I will never use the HD streaming or activities, but I do want server boosting and custom profiles. I dont like the idea of paying $10 USD for features that I am not interested in taking advantage of. 

I feel that overall this will make more people want to pay for Nitro, because they can get exactly what they want and not feel like part of their subscription is being wasted. It can also help people with a more restricted income to enjoy some features of Nitro, without having to fork over more than they can afford just to have one or two desired features that basic doesn't have.
