Level 4 boost suggestion

Alright so I got a level 4 server boost idea :

It would need 25 server boosts and the advantages would be :

- Everyone can use the server's animated emotes

- Roles can be chosen as timeout roles (users with this role would be in timeout, forever or not)

- The owner would freely get nitro.

- 250 Mb upload limit for all members.
