Account disabled no response from discord.

Account got hacked and is now disabled after I regained control and resecured. Now that the account is disabled due to chargebacks because I tried fighting for my money back through PayPal, trust and safety is MIA. Absolute joke. Worst customer service ever. And to add insult to injury PayPal denied my appeal since I have had a nitro membership for years and now discord won’t help me get my money back since the account is disabled. So out 110 bucks and lost my account. Do better discord.

    Maybe you missed a response to your ticket. Check at https://dis.gd/mytickets

    If you got a clyde response, you might need to reply with anything to it for humans to see it.

    A bot response???? I have replied to the bot then I wake up to a still disabled account and a “solved” ticket to which no explanation or anything. And to make matters worse you still taking my money and won’t help that way. How hard is it to talk to an actual individual

    I understand just frustrating when they disable it without hesitation but it takes an act of congress to get it cleared.

    Hey! I'm actually going through the same thing, I joined The Colosso server, and I didn't know at the time that that you arent suppose to scan codes on the server. So when I did, my account got hacked, and they charged my account to $99.99 for Discord Nitro. 

    In my case PayPal let me close the case, but I haven't gotten a response from Discord about unbanning my account. I would check your tickets and see if it's open or closed. I saw on Reddit that someone had the same issue and once the ticket was closed they just opened a new one and they got their account back in 2- days. Hopefully, this helps! If not, go on the Discord reddit and someone can at least help a little bit. 


    I haven't gotten my account back but it seems everyone had this same issue and got the account back.

    Also, once you get your account back, I saw on Reddit that you can send a new ticket and they will refund your money in about 10-15 days.

    Same thing happened to me. Its been about a week with literally zero response. Made a new discord already and resetup everything. Just wont be getting nitro again if this is how its gonna go

    Discord is bullshit! My account has been blocked since 3 weeks for no reason, too! Boycott fvcking shit Discord!
