Display number of messages

While coming back to a channel after a time, it can be necessary to read everything depending on what's going on (especially in projects), and to have an idea of the real number of messages under thoses we're reading, to know if it can be done now, later, or needs a reaction, and how it can be organized with the time one has to do it.
