PM only mode

Some people don't want to be disturbed, so they use "Do not disturb". Others don't want server notifications, but still want to be notified of private messages without taking the time to go through and mute every server for a while. My thoughts to make that easier for these aforementioned people is a new online status, a purple envelope icon that indicates "This user is not receiving server notifications, but they are still receiving private message notifications"
