The 2FA problem

Hi there. Recently, I've factory reset my phone without backing up Google Authenticator. I didn't have a phone number back then so when I opened Discord, bam, it was all gone. I tried to contact Discord Support multiple times, but the replies always have been searching for the backup files or deleting and creating a new one. I'm fed up with this. Like, come on Discord, no one would try that hard to get access to someone's account. I've also seen many YouTubers sending their request to Discord and getting their 2fa disabled, I'm so confused. Please, Discord, solve this problem, please.

  So Discord CAN disable 2FAs, just when it’s someone a bit influential or so. Interesting. Discord, you guys really have to fix this and let users get back their accounts, it’s not fair and rather crappy
