Pop out text channels

I'm in a few highly active communities, and occasionally get involved in multiple conversations happening at the same time in different channels or servers. Trying to flip back and forth between them makes it very difficult to keep up with conversation, so I feel it would be beneficial to have the ability to pop-out text channels into multiple windows, so that multiple conversations can be viewed at the same time without the flip-flopping.
