Linked accounts privacy

Recently, there has been a rise in the number of "I accidentally reported your [insert website here] account for illegal activity" type scams. Usually targeted at those with linked accounts on Discord. In order to help with this, we should be able to set who can see our linked accounts. I.e. nobody, friends, friends of friends, everyone. This would help fix this issue, as scammers wouldn't be able to see our linked accounts to try this.
