Have Discord employees actually look at Feedback items
With very few exceptions, the current site's purpose is practically useless. People suggest things, but essentially nothing is ever looked at by Discord employees. Why do you even have the site up in the first place?
Case in point, barely any Feedback item is tagged as "planned". For example, Account Server Management has 14790 items, and zero are marked as planned: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/360000790031-Account-Server-Management?filter_by=planned. Text Chat has 13687 items, and zero are marked as planned as well: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/360000786212-Text-Chat?filter_by=planned. Other has 19560 posts, and only an old one (with -17 votes) marked as planned: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/360000789951-Other?filter_by=planned.
What's the deal? Even if the vast majority of feedback items are non-actionable, I'm sure that there are a few that are worth at least marking as planned. Paying customers deserve to be treated better than this current passive-aggressive status quo. Either have the courtesy of having someone look at the feedback items and update their status, or stop pretending you care about customer feedback and delete this website. It'll save you bandwidth and make the product look less hypocritical.
Don't waste our time letting us think we have any influence when in reality it isn't there, it's not a good look on the product.
