Add the ability to assign people to a server subscription

Doing a giveaway for a certain rank is near impossible with Discord Server Subscriptions compared to having a linked Patreon account since you can't manually assign ranks.

Feel like this could be fixed by adding a way to add people to a role for a set amount of time.

(I like to do subscription giveaways for X weeks, which would be nice)

What I have to do currently is give everyone who purchases a second subscription role so I can manually assign it, and so that the role is still hoisted.

  +1 to this. FWIW, you can do this for now by creating another role with the same privileges and assigning that to folx. While the sub setup says that adding a channel to a sub role will make it inaccessible for non-subs, I can confirm that's not actually true. 😉
