Hello Discord Community!

 

Yesterday, my Discord account was disabled for underage, don't worry i'm not underage, but i have a question because i need to do a verification.

So in France you need to be 15 years old to have Discord and i have a France ID/Passport, but i live in Morocco, i never lived in France, is this gonna refuse my verification to the Trust & Safety team? Because in Morocco there is no age restriction i can have it at the age of 13, (I'm 13.5, my birthday is in 3 month)

  Open support ticket about change your age or account disabled. They need your Passport/ID photo, Your face's photo and at the end of all reviews, you can get your account back if it is deemed appropriate.
