Add a prompts option for message deletions, this message has been retracted/deleted by the server.

When banning users or other reasons you might want to delete some of the users messages, instead of deleting the message box completely you can shirnk it. Would be nice to have prompts on deletion, this would improve the empty space and context to even deleted messages.

• "This message has been retracted by server operators"
• "This message has been deleted by server operatiors"

This would be toggleable so it's optional if you want this effect.
