Add a Volume Slider for The Entire Voice Chat

An additional volume slider that allows one to adjust the volume for an entire voice channel would be a helpful addition, as myself and many others would rather use one slider if they want to lower or raise the volume of an entire VC if need be, as opposed to only being able to adjust the volume for each user individually.
