Theme System for Users (Or nitro users)

I love the Discord design and Hud, but, sometimes, we can get bored so it would be cool to add Themes. A exemple, is the app "whatsapp" that works well with it.
Also, it can be a good feature for nitro users. Imagine, if nitros users could have animated themes? or more, imagine, if nitro users could add custom theme for specific servers?

also, important, it would be cool to have a configuration to disable these themes. Because it can cost some bad experience for low device users

  Themes already exist and are available to 10% of Nitro users, this isn't related to Discord's API though
