Disable @silent for client
Being able to hear all notifications is important to some users, and some users who might use the silent message feature might not realize that. I believe that @slient should be configurable by the client, similar to disabling /tts messages.

This is an important feature to be able to control from the recipient side, much like TTS. Some of us need to know when we've been messaged. Some of us literally have people depending on us for support, who hate or devalue themselves enough to make all their messages use @silent because they don't want to take up space.
The newly added silent messages feature makes it so that I no longer have control over what I get notified with. I should be the only person deciding what priority a message sent to me or a person I'm in DMs with has for me. Please add a toggle to the notifications screen to let us make incoming @silent messages cause a notification as normal. I have already received messages sent using @silent that I was later surprised by, and I am disturbed and upset by this change to my user experience.
