Discord Support Rant
I still have to get this out of my head cause I'm still upset about Discord's appeal system.
1. Why the low acceptance rate?
Like Jesus, out of the 100's of applications only 2-3 are accepted ever, why is this?? Honestly this is just wrong at this point, not only are they getting rid of: money spent, time spent, friends gained, etc. They only give you one reply and that's it, no second chances in appealing.
2. 90% bots 10% humans??
Why is it that every time I use Discord's support, it's literally bots replying, not even a single human has replied to me in the 6 years of using this app, I literally am convinced that the Discord support team either does not exist or are just too lazy to check on what they're meant to do
3. Unjust actions
Not only does Discord ban people who has had 0 participation in something that got a server deleted, their actions are just pure horrendous, like c'mon banning people when they're not even online? And not even bothering to check if it was a mass report from the same IP or if it was organized?
4. Down horrendous
Literally the last time I seen someone successfully get unbanned was like 1-2 years ago, it's literally the worst appeal system I've seen in any application so far, even a Minecraft server has a better chance at getting you unbanned and those guys are the most obnoxious people ever.
These are just all the things I needed to get off my chest, please feel free to add on to my argument or give an answer as to why these occur
Thank you!!!

tl;dr:
Discord Support Team sucks because: bad decision making, too many bot replies compared to human replies, way too low of an appeal acceptance rate, bans people when they didn't even participate in something that got a server deleted, i.e even joining the server after it gets reported gets you banned (wtf), bans people for no reason 👍
