Add Persian (Farsi) language

Hi there!
Discord is one of the most popular apps among Persian speakers And it is strange that after all these years there is still no Persian option in the language selection section... This is really sad for us. I would like to add Persian language to Discord.

The next item is the appropriate Persian font. We know that Persian letters are almost similar to Arabic letters, but the Persian font is different! And Discord uses Arabic font to display Persian, which is annoying. You can use the beautiful Vazirmatn that is the official Persian font which is also open source and it's looking nice for Arabic and Persian Discord fonts, which will make us very happy.
