Student Hub Moderation

My university has a very large, active student hub. There are lots of shenanigans that go on, so the leaders of the larger servers have banded together in a private server to stay connected and maintain a list of users/servers to watch for. We have lots of servers in the hub with just one user, and also servers that have nothing to do with the university. It really clutters the hub and is quite frustrating. It would be great if there was a way to moderate server additions. For example, requiring at least a certain amount of members in a server before joining. Or a council of students vetting the servers. (if they get denied they should be able to appeal to Discord or something though) At the very minimum, add an option to report servers for not having to do with the school.
