Wait list for full servers

There are many servers that are full but I can not join them, so I have to keep on checking to see if there is a spot. It would be very cool and convenient. `

How it would work (you can change):
The user will try and join a full server, and then a notification says it's full and asks if you want to join the waitlist. The notification will show an estimated time, and how many people are in front of you. Also there should be a function to close the waitlist (stops people from joining it and people who are in it from joining). After someone gets to the top of the waitlist they will be granted temporary membership for 24-48 hours (server owners choice).
