Text & Voice channels → Merge feature

Hi!

↑ Since we can now send text messages in voice channels↑, I would like to remove text channels to clean up our servers as much as possible, in favor of voice channels that can do both voice and text.

However, since we can only delete text channels, doing this would mean losing all text channels content.

In order to clean our servers, we would need a feature that allow to merge the content. That's to say: put all the content of a text channel in a voice channel.

And why not merging multiple text channels in another text channel or in a voice channel?

This would have side effects: webhooks should be able to publish in voice channels, channel subscription and repost should apply to voice channels, etc.
