Folded Screen doesn't adjust

I have the Galaxy Z Fold 4, which can be used like a normal phone or folded outward to have a larger screen. When using discord in one orientation and (un)folding to the other, the app doesn't adjust. Sending messages becomes difficult, as does all navigation. Restarting the app resolves the issue, but having the app refresh automatically when (un)folding would be extremely helpful

  I really wish Discord would fix this issue.  It's really infuriating having to restart the app every time I switch between the cover and inner screens.

  Here's what it looks like switching from the outer screen to the inner screen: (opening)

  And when closing the phone (inner screen to outer screen), the text gets cut off on the right side:
