Notification when the PC version is active

If the pc version of Discord is active when I am on my phone while playing youtube, etc. on my pc, I don't see the message I received in the notification list and have to bother to open the app. Also, if I try to operate the Discord on a sub-monitor during a full-screen game, the game screen disappears, so I have to go to the message myself because it is not on the notification list when I try to view it on my phone.

    I'm not even getting notifications on my phone when the PC version is inactive or logged out. Please enable PC and mobile notifications at the same time.
