let us see other people's current time in their timezone

imagine if on discord
you could enable a setting where next to every user who has enabled it,
you can see a little symbol showing either a sun, sunset, sunrise or a moon,
colored blue/orange/etc accordingly to the users time.
and when you hover over it it shows you what time it is in their timezone.
Thatd be so perfect
