I have actively requested help for the better half of one day about a problem I reported 4 times roughly a month ago. They keep marking my forms as resolved when they aren't resolved and they keep working on forms where it states I specifically dont want them to work on it.

I'm also having a problem with him. Discord gave me a promo code for Xbox, and Xbox said it's already redeemed. I contacted Xbox support, who said it was not a real code and was never redeemable, and to contact Discord support. Luis answered. He said how he's so sorry but that means the code has already been redeemed on another account. He's so stupid, did he not read the part where I said that Xbox says it's not real?
