Is it normal to get account banned/disabled unfairly for nothing?

My account was recently disabled for breaking the rules, which are not even mentioned in TOS and I didn't break anything. I only got a response that I broke the rules and if I want to get more information that I should reply to it. I did it and since 4 days no response. Is it normal to get account banned/disabled unfairly?

    Same here man, randomly banned, they gave me the reason they banned me in the email to let me know I was banned, but when I asked what behavior specifically got me banned they ghosted me. An account I’ve used for six years without a single disciplinary infraction gone for what I believe to be no reason at all…

    That's pretty disappointing, because I was fair all the time and you can lose your accounts, servers, just like that, without any help. Rules for which I am banned for are not even specified in TOS and they don't give exact reason and behaviour, like the bot says when you talk to them. Not nice for such platform.

    Agreed, that’s also a very unfortunate situation you’ve got too, I’ve reached out to help and support repeatedly and they just ignore me, I’ve filed a dispute email, pretty sure that was ignored too
