Ignoring a ticket for 23 days. Report Nelly
Support told me that they do not have a system of queuing, and the system of "priorities" for tickets, that is, they can mark your account and completely ignore any of your messages, anyone here, please help me get any contacts of senior management or supervisors who can be contacted and not work with Nelly.

I'm dealing with the same issues. Received a follow up asking me to be "explicit" by Eri a day and a half ago and haven't received any help since. 2 previous tickets were closed with no outreach and I'm sitting here with a disabled account after being hacked and defrauded with 0 help from Discord. Trust me, if I'm having to wait as long as you I'm suing.

I've been waiting for over a month, support completely ignores me, from another account support refuses to pay attention or transfer the case to a curator or another administrator, it's a crap

They replied to me today and said it’s up to Trust & Safety. If that’s the case, that simply will not do. I have fraudulent charges on my PayPal account from Discord and I will not be paying for that.

Submit any complaints like this to BBB. It seems they actually reply to your tickets if you make it public.1 -

And then there's people here like me who have the support department emails and going off in my back pocket but I don't work even work for support I truly wish I had the power to help

I can monitor and watch issues all day long but without being told or educated there's nothing I can do I can self educate myself all I want but without actual power and someone that report in a chain of command I would still be truly helpless

One thing I have learned is that a lot of these issues I'm tracking seem to be in a gray area between support and Dev and it's really interesting situation and I feel bad for you guys there's a lot of people like you all with different issues and I don't see or know if anybody respond to them I dealt with the problem the other night where someone told me they were being threatened and harassed and told to commit suicide on a community server and out of my own Goodwill just tried to help figure out who do I report it to I was never trained for any of that I just feel bad for the person this is a strange situation

Yeah I can imagine people losing their minds when their account that has so much personal value to them gets disabled or even worse banned. Mine got disabled two weeks ago for a chargeback issue that got solved on my end in 5 MINUTES. They just have to check that they received the money, which they did, and reactivate my account. That means looking at the proof I send and pressing the activate button, which literally takes less than a minute... -_- At this point I'm more worried of losing my account that is very dear to me than having to wait this long. I just hope so much that I get it back omg ;(

Took them exactly 2 weeks but they finally enabled my account again. So there is hope. All you need is patience.
