Rate limit for Soundboard?
The soundboard is an interesting feature, but the members in the server often abused it. Would it be better to add an option for server owners to set the rate limit of the soundboard in the server?

Please please please! A very common issue in my Discord is that one person will use an appropriately timed and funny soundboard clip in response to something and then others will spend the next three minutes just spamming random soundboard bits. It would be so sensible and useful to be able to limit soundboard usage to a global five per minute per voice channel, with a little pop-up gently reminding users of the limit if they try to use a sound bite when the limit is in effect.
