Issue with server templates

So I have recently created quite a few server templates, but whenever they are used and a server is created with them all the roles are for some reason flipped around.

I.e on the main server it could go:

Owner

Manager

Guest

 

but when created from a template it will go:

Guest

Manager

Owner

 

Can anyone help?
