Make server mute/deafen red in overlay.

Why?: Prevent accidental server mute being forgotten by admin

  You'll be able to see that a user is server muted whenever they are in a voice chat by looking for the red microphone icon.
  For timeouts you also see a symbol on the user and timeouts are temporary anyways
