[Bug] Onboarding Welcome Sign Author not using Server Nickname

When creating a Welcome Sign in the new Onboarding process, when selecting a user to be the Author, it lists the users as their Nicknames. However once confirmed, all other appearances use the account name instead.

Please make these occurrences use the author's Server Nickname everywhere the Welcome Sign is displayed.
