Add Web Browser in Overlay

After switching to 1 monitor recently, after having 2 for years, I have began using Overlays a lot more, Mostly it is Discord's overlay, but when I need to do some mid-game browsing, perhaps for hints/tips, or just whilst chatting with friends I either need to be playing a Steam game to use their, horrendously slow, browser or completely tab out.

I think Discord should add a web browser to their Overlay, it would completely cut out the need to have 2 overlays going at the same time, or have a full-screen game spaz out from alt-tabbing, if it could integrate with your default browser too that would be great.
