Forum Channel Improvements

Hi there,
I have some feedback on forum channels.

Generally speaking I think that forum channels are a really nice feature.
However there's a few things that would make them even better,

For example:

Allowing admins to add a second or even a third tag system that works together with the first system to allow for even better filtering mechanics.

This is especially useful for those that use the system to group certain posts into categories but still want to know what the post is about or use it for a wiki/product wiki where they for example can set different price windows and apart from that stuff like general tags. I think this could be very useful universally.

Allowing for tags that are purely emoji and dont include any text (could include a description popup when hovering over the emoji here)
Allow sorting by name
Allow for subcategories so you can sort your posts into subcategories even better without cluttering the channel list with all the subforums
Allow to change the channel/post image in it's dedicated options because currently if you mess that up and want to change it again but want to keep your structure - you will need to delete your post and copy paste it into a new post - potentially messing up any sort by activity/sort by post date structure you originally had in mind
Allow for admins to delete or disable changelogs that are automatically posted if anything is changed in one of the forums posts (at least when the forum can not be written on by causal server members but much rather is a resource wiki of some sort)
Aditional default reactions for downvoting and upvoting for example
Limiting if people are allowed to react with anything beside the default reactions

That's it I guess,
