Voice messages available in Brazil

Hi

As I've noticed by friends, they've been able to send voice messages to me since recently. I have searched Google and Reddit myself and I found out that this feature is only available in Brazil. Even though I can access this with a VPN, so I don't get the logic in it, sounds more like bullsh#t to me, but that's my opinion.

I don't see any announcement about this, but I've read that it's "available to a small number of people" somewhere else. Communication clearly fails too, it seems. Or, it is just me.

When will this feature be fully rolled out for Europe? I would like an answer to my question. It literally took them developers years to release a feature like this, which isn't that hard.

So I'm waitin' for a decent answer and/or a post with more information. :-)
