‘Failed to connect’ for connections on iOS.

In ‘connections’ I try to connect to whatever social media I have (YouTube, Twitter, Spotify, etc.) and each time I enter my information to connect it always loads but ends up saying ‘failed to connect (to certain media)’. I’ve had this problem for awhile and haven’t found a solution to it, if anyone can help it would be much appreciated, thank you.
