Soundboard sound duration limit

Sometimes when editing an audio file to be shorter in discord soundboard, even when the duration is under 5 seconds, it still states that the duration exceeds the limit.

  Same here,

  It wont work for me regardless of the sound i try to upload.

  For my friends it works just  fine uploading the exact same file.

  It did work some time ago though.
