Please create an option to disable the new Markdown features

So recently the new Markdown update came out. It's a great feature but it comes with some added risks due to the new URL markdown. It can also easily clutter a server chat due to the size of headers. It'd be great if a permission was added to disable these features in a server and additionally an option on the user side to locally disable the new Markdown features.

This would most likely improve the experience for everyone as it will avoid easily spammable content and security risks.

  Check out inside the PTB and Canary version of Discord, they got the switcher.
