Idk what to call this

So my friend in my server, they can't see any channel except the general channel, and no matter how many times they close it and restart Thier phone, it only shows that channel, and every time we tried giving them a notification for a unmuted channel, they wouldn't get it, even tagging the channel would just give them #deleted-channel idk if this is a new bug or not

    Permissions. That person needs permissions in the server. Someone has set the other channels to require greater or different permission levels. Look at discord server roles (Roles).
