Add Belarusian localization in Discord

This may sound strange, but I don't think adding another localization (translation) to Discord is a very difficult task.

I am Belarusian and I know that many people want to use Discord in their native language.

  The idea is good, but Discord devs won't even read it, because I think they only care about Nitro and no more except Nitro.
