Add the ability to change Imperial dates to Metric.

With discord being world wide, Why are the dates locked to Imperial format only and not interchangeable to Metric formats?
Month Day Year is like reading units out of order like  2 1 3!

  If you switched between "English US" and "English UK" you can change that.
  I use English UK because i use the metrics system.
