Suppression of notifications from foldered servers

With many games, youtubers and more advertising people to join their discords, I am sure many such as I end up joining many servers. Some game development studios also only give patch notes and such on their discords. This makes discord a central place for information regarding whatever we follow.

The idea is simple. 

Let us setup notification rules based on grouping. So if I have a group with 20 community servers from streamers, games and so on, I wouldnt have to setup @all from all of them. I could just dump a new one in there and have it auto applied, so I could go look at the servers whenever I want to search out the information.
