Music Profile (integration with Spotify)

We can link Spotify with Discord already, so it'd be nice to have a profile music that is playable (not autoplay because people probably won't like sudden sounds) for a short time like up to 30 seconds.

I think the tracks should only come from Spotify and for Spotify+Nitro users only just because uploading own sound/Youtube could cause problems so verified tracks would be best
