Some updates for Discord TOS

Hello everyone! I have a brilliant idea (in my opinion) for Discord TOS! Hear me out, you may say: "But hey, thats 13+ a-". Stop, just stop. Listen: So uh, there is an ability to report anyone, like for NSFL, raids and other. And the button I would like to talk about. "Not old enough to use Discord". Why does it even exist? So, someone(lets give him a name: "George") says "im 12" and other people report him, but his actual age is 16. Other day, he saw that his account got deleted (yes i know that you can recover your account). Why cant Discord add feature called "Child mode" that will block NSFW chats totally, check your words and something else. I dont think that deleting an account if someone isn't 13 is a great option.
